Undergraduate Programs

Students enrol in one or more Program(s) of Study (POSts) after their first year (after completing 4.0 full-course equivalents). To graduate, students must complete either one Specialist, two Majors, or one Major and two Minors. Other degree requirements are described in the Faculty of Arts and Science Calendar. Please click on the name of the program below to view the 2011/12 program forms.

EEB offers six POSts:

EEB and Cell & Systems Biology (CSB) also jointly offer four POSts:

For advising in the Biology programs consult the EEB Undergraduate Office.

For advising for the Genome Biology program consult the CSB Undergraduate Office.

**Please note that students enrolled in EEB or Biology Subject POSts up to and including the 2010/11 academic year should continue to seek program advice from the EEB Undergraduate office for the following POSts: Behaviour Specialist, Ecology Specialist, Evolutionary Biology Specialist, Botany Specialist, Major and Minor.  
Students should continue to seek program advice from the CSB Undergraduate Office for the following POSts:  Zoology Specialist, Major and Minor.**

Students must complete all of the courses required for a given program. Contact the Undergraduate Administrator if you have taken an alternative course that you would you like to request be used to meet your program requirements.

The program forms posted on this website list current courses only. Consult Calendars from previous years for past courses and programs (e.g., BOT, ZOO).

Before contacting the Undergraduate Office to discuss program requirements, it would be advisable to download and complete the appropriate program form.

Note: EEB202H1, CSB200Y1, EEB204H1, and EEB214H1 are distribution courses and cannot be used to fulfill requirements for EEB, CSB, Biology, Botany, and Zoology programs.
