Congratulations to Tess Granger from the Gilbert lab for winning a Diversity and excellence in research award 

This award celebrates the excellent work done by doctoral students in our society on a diverse array of questions in ecology and evolution. Award winners are in the final stages of their PhD and have stood out at this early stage in their careers as being top-caliber scientists and leaders.
