About
Speaker: Gideon Bradburd, Michigan State
Host: Megan Frederickson
My research is focused around understanding the causes and consequences of genetic variation. I do fieldwork, generate sequence data, and develop statistical methods to understand spatial patterns of genetic differentiation in a variety of empirical systems. I did my undergrad at Yale University, my PhD at UC Davis with Graham Coop and Brad Shaffer, and a postdoc at UC Berkeley with Bree Rosenblum and Michael Nachman.
