Ashley Reynolds earned an Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 2015, with majors in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Biological Anthropology. Before joining the lab, she completed an internship in science communication with Discovery Canada, where she worked on Daily Planet, Canada’s only daily science news and discussion program.

Her Ph.D. thesis is investigating bone histology, growth, and life history in felids, with a focus on the extinct sabre-toothed cat Smilodon fatalis.
